Also, occasionally there is operator error, ie an accidentally-deleted or mysteriously-disappeared message. Our building (look for the green awning over the front door) has plenty of easy, free parking in the adjacent lot, including handicapped spaces down the driveway just next to the building. And there is a handicapped entrance into the back of the building at the street level.
